Any items not picked up will be become property of the auction unless other arrangements have been made (please call the office at 519-765-4450 to make arrangements). PLEASE NOTE - ALL ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD AS IS. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED. WE ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO COME VIEW THE ITEMS IN PERSON TO BE SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF EACH ITEM.
